1. General

The website outofkufsa.com (the "Site") is operated by Alon Bar, doing business as OUT OF KUFSA, Osek Murshe (Israeli business ID) 039350731 ("we", "us"). Use of the Site, and the purchase or booking of workshops and services through it or through links from it, are subject to these Terms. By using the Site you agree to them.

2. Services

We offer workshops (in person and online), a learning game, a podcast and content on money, investing, entrepreneurship and the use of artificial-intelligence tools. The details of each workshop, including date, place, price and content, appear on its registration page or in the proposal agreed with you, and form part of these Terms.

3. Not investment advice

All content on the Site, in the workshops, in the podcast and on social media is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment advice, investment marketing, tax advice or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for personal advice that takes into account your circumstances and needs. Alon Bar is not licensed under the Israeli Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 5755–1995, or by any other financial regulator. Examples and past results do not guarantee future results. Any investment decision, and any risk involved, is your sole responsibility.

4. Private workshops

Private workshops for companies and groups are booked by individual agreement. Scope, price, payment terms, cancellation and rescheduling are set out in the proposal or agreement we send you before the workshop.

5. Registration and payment for public workshops

Registration for public workshops is done through third-party payment providers. Payment details are given directly to the payment provider and are not stored by us. Cancellation of public workshops purchased in Israel is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, as detailed in the Hebrew Terms of Use.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Site content, workshops, learning materials, videos, podcast, the OUT OF KUFSA mark and logo belong to Alon Bar. You may not copy, distribute, record, film, broadcast or make commercial use of the content without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks (such as Cashflow and Grok) belong to their owners.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the content or decisions made based on it. We are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the Site at the time of use or purchase.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of law. If there is any conflict between this English version and the Hebrew Terms, the Hebrew version prevails.
